I also find it funny that bradley is the topic when the post is robinhood. Where are you getting this name from? Why are you attacking his character and not his findings? Oh and as per the SEC's ruling in December. All ICO's are in fact securities. All sales of such securities must be registered with the SEC. NOT ONE ICO has done this yet. Therefore, all ICO's, are operating illegally.
