Many Venezuelans like me thought that this will be offered as a non mineable token, but according to this website (WARNING the site has a annoying radio plugin) came with the idea that they will offer it as mineable token like Ethereum, this is a supposed Ethereum contract based in this ICO info

Also a supposed NEM address

Nothing official from the goverment, not even their site: http://www.elpetro.gob.ve/ (in that moment), just speculations, people taking advantage from the moment

I'm pretty sure that those were scam tokens to get free money from ignorant people

Why we thought that this will be offered as a non mineable token?

Because this country has big problems with

• Electricity (While writing this a big rain storm came and I was afraid that I will lose all this "valuable" info, so everytime I was pasting this code into a txt file named petro.txt in the Desktop folder, also I had to retire the clothes that I let to dry the last sunday, but it was too late some of the clothes were wet)
• Water (While I'm writing this I'm naked, of course with a towel waiting for the water to came so I can wash my balls)
• Food (While writing this I didn't eat because I already did before writing but if you want to know I ate half a campesino bread with butter and drank a glass of water)
• Etcetera

Now we know that is a hidden mineable coin
