For a long time, Dogecoin was considered an absolute fun coup among the cryptocurrencies. Nevertheless, the coin could grow up this year. The first Dogecoin Hard Fork is on the plan, from which Dogethereum (DOGX) is to emerge. The name is a mixture of Dogecoin and Ethereum.

Dogethereum (DOGX), who shares his name with the Rinkyby Project, also known as Dogethereum Bridge, will secede from the Dogecoin Blockchain this fall. This was officially announced on Bitcointalk:

"Dogethereum is a decentralized digital currency,
it is said to be based on snapshot of popular dogecoin,
based on ETH algorithm with fast speed
of transactions, smart contracts.

Our goal is to push Doing currencies to the
new direction with no ASIC mining, speed and simplicity."

The token will be based on the Ethereum Blockchain, not only as a means of payment, but also as an opportunity to conclude smart contracts. The ASCI mining is to be abolished and replaced by GPU mining. This should make good profits possible for everyone again.
