I have some Zcash. I do like those alt-coins with privacy capabilities. I am doing a little cloud-mining to add a little at a time to my holdings.

Mining through Genesis-Mining sends gains directly to wallet of your choice. I use my Trezor for Zcash, Dash and BTC and then Exodus for LTC. I don't leave much on any exchange, although I do some lending on Poloniex. I have reduced that amount until they work out some of their issues.

Good summation. I've been following this along with ZenCash, which claims to be targeted to the individual user, whereas ZCash is targeted for institutional use. Don't know why the big difference, other than "ease of use" perhaps for the pedestrian "user". Cloak looks interesting too. Of course, these platforms will attract much more scrutiny from governments for the very reason of their claims.

Solid post. I was about to start a similair discussion. The crypto space brings the biggest group of uneducated investors with it. This group will only grow. We really need more insights in the market and previous investment results (even though they don't deliver any guarantee for the future).
