INVESTING IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES

Cryptocurrencies have recently gained a lot of popularity because of the recent hikes in their values and the corresponding media attention, there are a lot of cryptocurrencies in circulation at present, here i'm gonna list some points anybody willing to invest in cryptocurrency must know.

1. Investing in cryptocurrency is  a  risk as is the case with any investment, avoid it if you cannot afford to lose the money that you are investing in it.
   

2. There are many  possibilities,under extreme circumstances  either you might make  fortune out of it or you may lose all your money.
   

3.  The leading and successful investors in the world are divided over this, some say it's just a bubble while some are positive that it would grow manifold and it's just the beginning.
   

4.  The recent volatility in their prices do make them seem like a bubble but there's always exceptions.
   

5.   Transactions are carried out peer to peer without the involvement of any third party or bank for validation , you are completely responsible for the safety of your money.
   

6.  They are virtual currencies unlike dollars and euros , that is, they are not backed by any central bank, government or authority.
   

7.   Though certain  exchanges do offer protection but  they are not unhackable so it's advised to store your cryptocurrencies in an offline wallet  or device, which keeps  them safe from hackers.
   

8.   The price of a cryptocurrency like bitcoin  is based on  demand and supply, it's simple  trading you buy it from a seller having the cryptocurrency and then sell later to a willing buyer.
   

9.   Many investors have issued warnings to people that  don't panic buy or sell cryptocurrencies, don't  feel like you  are gonna miss out on an oppurtunity it's still in it's starting phase, so study well and then invest.
