Have a bit of Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash or other altcoins to spare? Consider making a donation to one of the following charities/non-profit organizations to support their goals.

1. Save the Children
A global non-profit organization with a goal of promoting children's rights in developing countries. You could make a Bitcoin donation to Save the Children via Bitpay.

2. The Water Project
An organization with a goal of providing safe, clean water to villages and communities in Africa that lack access to such resources. You can donate to the organization anonymously by sending Bitcoins to their static address. Their bitcoin donation page shows how many Bitcoins it would cost to achieve certain goals (e.g. provide clean, safe water for a family).

3. Seans Outpost
An organization in Florida that provides meals to the homeless. You can send donations to their Bitcoin address. According to their website, they have fed over 167,000 meals to the homeless with Bitcoin. Quite the achievement!

4. Songs of Love
A national non-profit foundation that creates free, personalized songs to uplift children facing tough challenges. The lyrics of the songs they produce are personalized with the child's name and may also reference other relevant points such as the child's hobby. Songs of Love accepts a number of cryptocurrencies as donation including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Ethereum.

5. Tor Project
The Tor Project is a project with a goal to allow people to improve their privacy and security on the internet. For example, journalists may use the Tor network to communicate with whistleblowers and dissidents. You can donate to the Tor Project via BitPay.

6. A Special Wish Foundation - Chicago Chapter
The Chicago Chapter of the Special Wish Foundation accepts Bitcoin donations via Bitpay. A Special Wish Foundation is dedicated to granting the wishes of children under the age of 20 who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases and conditions.

7. Internet Archive
The Internet Archive is an organization based in San Francisco that provides free access to many digitized materials, including websites and images. You can donate to their cause by sending Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, or Zcash. Wallet addresses can be found on their donation page.

8. The Electronic Frontier Foundation
This organization has been in the news recently due to the events surrounding net neutrality. The Electronic Frontier Foundation has a goal of defending your rights in the digital world. You can support their cause by donating Bitcoin via the BitPay payment processor.

9. Watsi
Watsi is a non-profit healthcare platform that's building technology to finance universal healthcare. Through Watsi, you can read stories of patients who are in need of medical treatment support them via donations. Watsi accepts Bitcoin donations. Their wallet address can be found on the FAQ page.

10. Wikimedia Foundation
The Wikimedia Foundation is a non-profit that's dedicated to the growth of free, educational content. You can donate with Bitcoin via the CoinBase link provided on their donations page.
