when everyone is talking about it it is already too late - do not buy at all time highs.

    Exactly. It's shot up 20-fold since it crashed on the Chinese ICO ban on Sept 4, totally bucking the general downtrend in other ICOs. Of course, winning ICOs can head higher a lot longer.
