Maybe you could just tell people about everything you experienced right from Day one in your articles. Like more personal experience because people tend to take real life examples more seriously. And most importantly, you could try explaining most of it in Layman's terms. I have a bit of Computer Science background but still it becomes difficult to absorb all this stuff at times. So you can only imagine how difficult it must be for someone, say a factory worker who's 40 and wants to get into this.

Ur nav bar is pretty small and insignificant also the cool of the 3 charts in the nav bar when you go to smaller size windows dosent fit you should change it
and in the footer of the site you should write more about the insta twiter and such
write something like "come join the part in our communication channels etc"
