Yes, and even max keiser, which was hardcore supporter and investor of bitcoin, outlined that problem in his last report "Christmas Debt (E1172)"

    Bitcoin will survive. In any way. Because people around the world already know how banks are ripping them/us blind. As soon , the Lightning Network will be implemented, bitcoin will be faster and safer. Until than, you have plenty of other alternative currencies to trade with.
