The inevitable "flippening" has been under way for some time. There is no way Bitcoin's fees can continually be sustained, not many users are willing to pay such a ridiculous fee. I thought PayPal was high way robbery and here we have Bitcoin.

No matter what solution is proposed for Bitcoin, with its civil war between the developers and the miners, it's a lose-lose for everyone that owns Bitcoin, at least for a short period after the implementation.

A side note, Ethereum will also run into the same struggles as Bitcoin unless they successfully transition to proof of stake.
