I really dont have convincing argument about Cell Token as info about this project is nearly nothing besides their statements on their website. There are also just a few discussions abt them and in general, info is so little which makes this ICO is unknown. For me, investing in ICOs means that i am ready to take risk for going to zero. But if what they (Cell) said is true, then i give them a shot.
