This means that users get ten upvotes a day.

Because people get only 10 upvotes a day, they do not upvote accounts that drop more than one post a day.

I noticed that you dropped a half dozen posts in quick succession. Your posts are competing against each other. Writing a whole bunch of posts means that it is unlikely that you will get upvotes on your posts.

The best way to start an account is with one post a day. If you want to do more, you could drop comments with posts similar to your account.
