Doesn't this look old and outdated?

I was walking past one of the biggest banks in my country, and just had to take this picture...

the whole place looked so 1980's to me..

I know its a new branch and the bank is very proud of it,
but the thing looks very old to me with those huge grey plastic cash and information machines

what do you guys think?
