Amount of coins making a coin "scarce" is not a real thing. Amount of coins has never been a driver of price for any notable amount of time. If coins were not divisible down to the millionth, it might be an issue. In reality there are a million x 21 million pieces of Bitcoin to own. That's (wait for it) 21 trillion bits of Bitcoin. I do expect every one of those bits (Satoshi) to be worth $1 eventually -- or a different coin if Bitcoin and its miners never get off their ass and catch up to 2018 with some proper tech updates.
