I am posting this story for those who are interested in buying into new cryptocurrency ICO's, but are not allowed to because they live in a blocked country. I myself was not able to buy into two recent ICO's that i was interested in, TenX and Monaco, since I am a United States resident. I watched a youtube video, and found the answer! You should read the whitepaper and due your due diligence before investing into any ICO. Also, I would highly recommend using myEtherwallet for all of those ICO's that accept Ethereum for payment to or use ERC20 tokens.
When you fund your myEther wallet, send a small amount( the minimum) from another cryptowallet or hardwallet to test the transfer, to insure that you don't lose any large amounts. I use the Exodus io wallet on my computer, since it allows for storage of Bitcoin BTC , Litecoin LTC , Ethereum ETH , Dogecoin XDG, Dash DSH, Golem GNT, Augur REP. The exodus wallet has shapeshift.io built in, so you can exchange between these cryptocurrencies as well. If you don't own any Ethereum at the moment, it is simple to buy using coinbase.com , or Cex.io. It is very easy to setup, once you have uploaded a photo of your id, and your self with your payment card. You can buy up to $300 a week in the beginning with Coinbase, and $300 per day with Cex.io. These terms and conditions should list those countries that are not allowed to participate due to government regualtions. Cryptocurrency blockchain transactions are decentralized and not necessarily location specific. This leaves the issue for those that do happen to live in these restricted countries. You can then choose your server location from many different countries. Most of the European countries do not seem to have any restrictions on participating in cryptocurrency ico's. Once the location has been selected, the service will automatically select the fastest and most secure connections for you. Click connect, enter your username( normally this is your email address), your password, and then click login. Now you are ready to buy into your preferred ICO. Open a new browser window, open the ICO's webpage, register, and then make your payment. It is really simple and easy! A few dollars a month is ridiculously cheap, especially when you consider the possibility of large gains with a new cryptocurrency.
