AFAIK, Chainlink price feeds are just a lot of workers checking prices in exchanges (Binance, Huobi, Kucoin, …), calculating the weighted average, and exposing that as the asset price. As you can imagine, this introduces a bayesian distortion that’s not adding value to the transaction.The only security measure is to check this values with other oracles and create a consensus. This creates a different problem, the costs. Every request has costs in Link that are absurdly high nowadays.After those prices are weighted and averaged, they are exposed as the “price” of the asset, while in fact it’s just a guess. Because that’s only the exchange price. If you are swapping at Uniswap, the price is also averaged with that value, and then saved in the blockchain.

THE SOLUTION OF EULER

We are reading the Exchanges AND the blockchain prices. We are aggregating not just the values of the prices, but also the result of the transactions, and we are calculating the final price, which creates a bias in the result, and is used as a factor for further calculations. This will introduce the MetaOracle idea, we aren’t just checking the price, we are also checking if it was used and it was accurate.We are, as we speak, working on our own oracles in BSC first, and we will use the one we have in Ethereum. The EULER token is a BEP20 utility token designed to allow access to the premium features of Euler Tools. Many of the features of Euler Toll will be free to use, some of the most advanced premium features of Euler Tools will be available only to premium users which can be purchased by EULER token. This provides three options for using premium features:

Utility of EULER Token

Users can access them by paying a monthly fee in EULER tokens. The amount of this fee will be updated to always keep the exact price equivalence in USD. Users that hold at least 4.000 EULER tokens
Users that hold at least 40.000 EULER tokens (or their equivalence in LP) will be able to access all premium features for free.
Big holders will also get additional benefits and exclusive rewards, such as a monthly reward in EULER tokens equivalent to a percentage of the monthly fees obtained, among others.
For private companies, financial institutions, and similar customers who want to integrate Euler Toll technology into their platforms or want Euler Toll to build custom features for them, Euler Toll also provides an ENTERPRISE package.
Each transaction burns 1% of the total amount of EULER tokens as a feature, aiming to guarantee a stable price by making it more suitable for its intended use.
The subscription fee acts as a buyback mechanism of sorts to burn and progressively reduce the circulating supply.
