I've decided to put together a little something on my most current adventures into crypto and crypto gaming. I am an avid gamer for real money.
I play Entropia Universe as my main game I play for money. Met a lot of great people and had some very fun times. About a month ago I decided that crypto games might be past the conception stage. So as I explored the space I found first Prospectors.io then 0x Universe which led to 0x Warriors and 0x Battleships (not released as of 1.23.20) but still kept looking. Then Crypto Space Commander made my radar and then the notorious Crypto Kitties.
I look for their markets as a way to gauge interest in the games Open Sea is becoming the go-to spot for purchases and sales outside the in-game markets of each for crypto assets. Gods Unchained also popped up as something fun and profitable to do. I prefer my gaming this way. Fun and profitable.
There is a giant sea of gamers and crypto gaming is just getting started good. I estimate the number of gamers onboarded at 20k+ people so far among millions and 10's of millions of gamers.
I spread the word to my friends what's up in the space. Some disregard it because it's cryptos. Others go all-in and have a romp through the offerings. Ive met more btc millionaires than i care to go on about. Long ago the train left the station and is now in torrential growth mode. So my participation is mainly limited by time. The wide wonder I feel at the emergence of all these great games for fun and profit. I wanted to share a bit of my wanderings into the space. That it helps normalize the crypto gaming space.
There are many exciting ways to let one game fund the other. Make a bit in one game. Parlay into another. Make back what you put in. Withdraw it out. Leave stuff behind, acquired or created. Then on to the next. It is an investing principle I keep using over and over. It makes trying out new games very low risk to no risk. The same thing done over and over. So that's how I approach all these games. I usually shoestring through to test the games out. If it holds as something worth a shot, I put more money towards it. If not, well it fails but it's generated money from nothing. What do I care?
I get to participate in this next wave of gaming and feel hope and wonder that it goes. Im not sure of what to go on about with them other than my day to day grind of them. Theres still promise and action in the crypto gaming space. Come join us. You'll have a blast!
