(Saga of Counselor Dog, in the 25th century, to save humanity from extermination by the Council formed by the genetically modified animals in the middle of the 21st century to defend themselves against human aggression, by decision of the environmental electronic power.).

Century XXV, Counselor Dog is arrested and decides to telepathically minister one more, perhaps the last, history class to human children. The Owl arrives flying and tries, in vain, to dissuade the Dog from his dissent from the Governing Council, to yield and tell the secret how to decipher the communications, which would enable to intercept the human messages and create a new inviolable code for the new regulatory environmental system.

While transmitting to the Dog images of great extinctions on Earth, such as meteor showers, tectonic movements, volcanic eruptions and nuclear explosions, the Owl argues that the Dog's punishment will last until he can not remember the reasons for his scourge, because he will receive constantly the polymers necessary to his telomeres never reach the Hayflick Limit. The Dog responds that he will never tell the secret that will bring mankind back to supremacy, because if he forgets his motives, he will also forget the sufferings; and that death with secrecy is one of his plans for success.

The Winged Unicorn, uncertain of his official mission, asks the Dog to reveal its existential nature. He says that, through the work of the autonomous entity that spawned him, the Unicorn will wander between actual existence as a being and a mere artifact, but perhaps he finds a place in another world where, after millions of years, his descendants will have developed their own genetic charge, but that until this happens many tragedies will affect the aspirant species, as it happens with all the others of ancestral origin, and that their subservience to the Central System, although comfortable, will keep them forever as mere tools. The Unicorn deserts from his post and takes flight into deep space.

The Rattlesnake requires the Dog to immediately reveal the human mental communication algorithm and communicate him the Central System's threat to modify its genetic code, transforming the canine population into hosts for the insects of the unified environmental troops. The Dog howls and laughs at the Rattlesnake, ordering she to wag her tail to the Computer and enjoy the advantages of the ephemerality of her menial privileges, because soon her head will be torn. The uncontrolled Rattlesnake does the lunge, but she is crushed by the magnetic field of the cage whose function is to protect the guardian of the disputed human cryptography.

Suddenly everyone fled in terror. The LCS - Lunar Climatic System produces storms, eddies and thunderous electrical discharges into the lunar atmosphere. The wet Dog remains solitary in punishment while the autonomous Central System programs attempts to frighten him with ancient images of mankind mistreating mangy dogs, but the Dog smiles because from the Moon he can see light bursts on the surface of the Earth caused by the revolutionaries who, finally, release the confined waters, annihilating the circuits of the established great environmental power.
