I think it's not fully back yet.I got the email but didn't get a chance to read it yet.They only made a passive version.API's and most of the exchange functions are still disabled.
They will need long time to recover the service and even longer to recover their users trust.

its in read mode only i think. Can't do much on their site. IT will be hard for the to get the trust back from their user. once it opens people will try to get their fund out ASAP. That from my experience om coinsmarkets.
