Over the past 2 weeks I tried to contact Cryptopia support due to 2F authorization e-mails stopped come to my e-mail box. So all my coins were blocked by tricky craptopia
My numerous tickets have not been replied and I decided to reach them by Twitter acount.

Each tweet has hundreds messages screaming for the help users. A lot of withdraw transactions was stucked. Some acounts was hacked in spite of 2F authorization and support is silent..
So be aware before transfer your coins to cryptopia you have a big chance never see it again

Thanks for this warning. Actually no exchange is safe .. but risk is part of the game. However we can monimize the risk but transferring the long hold assets. On the other hand, cryptopia has some of the newest assets thatβs neither have a wallet nor a assets computable with MEW.

I think its better dont try to withdraw big amount while they fix wallets, first testing by small amounts
