Cryptopia, ugly truth about unprofessional behaviour

Hello ppl, sorry to post "negative" post as first one, but this is to help people to avoid scam, and possibility to lose money.

My story is short.

Participated in ICO (Crpyto PING), token PING, only place that had it was Cryptopia, so I sent it there from MYEth wallet. Intention was not to keep it there for very long time, but idea was to wait to see where price will move, where project moves, ....

As it was my only coin I had on Cryptopia, I didn't login to Cryptopia at all. After while when I saw price movement for PING, I checked Cryptopia, my coin was gone!

They had issues with Waves and dropped all of Wave coins and tokens. I asked them how to get PING back, and reply was that they will check it out and that there is chance they will make 2nd chance for people to withdraw it.

But I was not happy with that answer so I asked again, why they didn't send me e-mail about it? Response this time was very rude, in short, you will not get your PING back, leave us alone, we published announcement on our lousy website 60 days ago..., your problem that you didn't see it.

So basically that is it, if I don't comment on design and functionality of Cryptopia, I can for sure about their unprofessional behaviour, support, and risk of losing your tokens/coins.

So my warm advice is, stay away from this exchange. You have plenty of reviews and issues people had, if you take time and research.

Buy low, sell high, chase quality above quantity...
