Cryptoping - First Test And Conclusion

in cryptoping •  7 years ago

Cryptoping is a Telegram bot which makes it possible to automatically track Altcoins with a high pump potential.

The provider describes the currently existing problem as follows:

"In 2017, a sharp surge of new crypto traders is boosting trading volumes and rates of almost every
alternative cryptocurrency (altcoins) and Bitcoin itself. That also makes prices of some altcoins more
volatile than before
, while constantly growing Bitcoin rate keeps increasing traders’ stress levels.
Bitcoin is losing its share in total crypto market capitalisation despite of its increasing value. Market
capitalisations of some altcoins has already exceeded hundreds of millions of dollars, and that’s only
the beginning. "

Cryptoping now wants to help traders to make the right decisions when they trade cryptocurrencies.

The Solution

This is the value proposition how it's described on the Cryptoping website:

"Users can easily sign up and activate the bot and start to get signals from exchanges right away. Being experienced or new trader, no user gets any advantage over other bot users, because all users receive all signals at the time. It’s up to traders to weigh the market in signals’ context and make all trading decisions by themselves."

How it works

Here I will show you step by step how to use Cryptoping:

Prerequisites: You will have to install Telegram before you can use the bot. Please install the application first before you proceed.

  1. Follow the URL https://cryptoping.tech/users/sign_up to register a new account

  2. Follow the registration process.

  3. On the Cryptoping website is shown how you can install the bot on Telegram

  4. Now open your Telegram messenger and add the user "CryptoPingBot" to your contact list

  5. Click on the bot to open a new chat window

  6. You will get a start message. Now you have to enter /token_....your token.... (you got the token during the registration)

This looks as follows:

  1. Now you have multiple options

7.1 New signals: Creates a new signal for a specific cryptocurrency

7.2 My signals: Shows already added signals

7.3 Settings: Currently for language changes, coin notification blacklists and snooze time (you don't wanna be pinged 20 times a night I guess)

7.4 Info: Get access to FAQ, donations and admin contact

  1. Now you can add a new price monitoring

  1. Now you can check if your crypto is being monitored

That's it. Now you will get notified once when there is a price change for your added cryptocurrency.

Notifications

Here I will show you how a notification looks like:

Conclusion

I was checking many of the cryptocurrencies for which I was notified. Many of them were just pump-and-dump cryptocurrencies. Here you will see a list of some of them:

Most of the coins already reached a top before there was a massive sell-out. I got around 3 notifications within 15 minutes. This can become a bit nerve-recking by time, but you can also mute the bot if you don't want to get bugged.

The idea behind the bot is really cool but as many traders know it is not the best option to buy when prices climb up. Also the inventors could easily buy cryptos upfront and send out notifications about a price increase to persuade traders to buy these (probaby) shit coins.

But in the end everyone has to know if he/she blindly wants to rely on a bot or uses his/her own mind to find the valuable picks.

How much are you charging for access to this bot

Hi redris, I don't charge anything because it is not my bot. Currently it is still for free but I think it will cost something after a few months.

For me it was more about checking how the bot works than the business side. But if you want, you can go to their website and ask their support directly via an email to [email protected] or a twitter message.

upvoted because you were talking about bot + crypto. good post.

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. :)

its was cool until i sent them money for my subscription. i sent them 107 ping. and all i got in return was the cold shoulder. the block explorer showed the transaction was processed properly, they just never gave it to me. i tried contacting them though twitter, discord, telegram etc and get 0 response. so if you want to use the free service , go ahead. just dont send em any money or buy that fake ass coin called ping. ohh and i bet 1k you wont be able to get ahold of anyone that works there. EVER!!!

Appreciated your input. I will be skeptical about their service.
