Cardano's team has been working tirelessly to build a name for itself in the cryptocurrency industry. The latest Cardano Foundation meeting was held within London on January 23–24, 2019. The charitable foundation is the principal entity responsible for maintaining and growing Cardano. They are also responsible for drawing up the roadmap and making sure that it is followed.
The foundation has been working hard to get Cardano listed on additional exchanges and to make it more accessible to more individuals across the globe. They have made some fantastic gains in this area and they continue to do so. One of their largest successes is having ADA listed on Poloniex Exchange, which occurred recently at the beginning of February 2019.
The foundation recently introduced an updated edition of its website with new features such as a fresh wallet design, easier-to-use navigation, and enhanced search capability. The team also issued an update that contains revised technical specs for all platforms including Windows, MacOS, Linux and Android (Google Play Store).
Another key advancement was achieved by the developers who finished their first open source project named Ouroboros in which is an implementation of the Proof- of-Stake, or PoS, protocol established by Emin Gun Sirer in 2017 based
