I often forget the progress we have made since opening the doors on this virtual pub last year. It is pretty easy to do as folks like @wakeupworldnews @broncnutz @sequentialvibe @overkillcoin @kittyandcheese @evileddy @briggsy @parabyte @cryptictruth @zekepickleman @dagobert.duck and many others have been supportive so long. I have tried to stay consistent but evolve to keep up with the times and always be relevant, keep an eye on the future while leveraging a fun past.

For the sake of the newer folks though, we joke and speculate and probably have so many inside jokes, standards, analysis terms and culture that flies right over the heads of people just passing by for the first time. It is for these people and the spirit of inclusion that I will demystify some of the inside jokes and other stuff.

This one is rather easy to explain as the social in social media can be amplified by a couple drinks. Most of the folks on STEEMit are thirsty to learn about Crypto Currency and Block Chain so it makes for a marriage made in heaven (or at least friends with benefits.

I noticed the first regular pub-goers like @evileddy, @sequentialvibe, @parabyte and @zekepickleman all happened to be Canuckistans (am I doing that right?) and have tried to incorporate some hoser speak in because they seem to play along and appreciate the humor (<===== THAT is how you really spell it!) So, no offence to the newer Canadians here, who will probably just respond with "sorry" as they are too damn polite!

Crypto brought me here and has become quite a passion as I learn the ups and downs of this wild ride. I am Bullish mid and long term and am just sharing my novice perspective on the things I learn and see. I love to be proven wrong as I learn, get opinions from others, and add to my book of tricks when it comes to analyzing price action and crypto in general. I sure hope people don't take my analysis as gospel and overextend themselves ever let alone without doing their own diligence. Like throwing a couple dollars into a pool or getting together some money to buy a powerball ticket, just makes it fun when we are discussing and gambling and hopefully winning together.

My first few steps down the crypto rabbit hole were taken by watching Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Monero. Then, like many others, I discovered there are thousands of coins varying from clones to neat concepts. The fact that there was a dragon, elf, fun, Tron and OX coin seemed funny to me and I liked to see how they would each do. The ones that have kept my attention and taken a small part of my portfolio are Tron (TRX) 0X (ZRX) Elf, Funfair (FUN) and Stellar Lumens. What is even more entertaining is that they each have taken on a life of their own and look like they are racing eachother. So, it is funny to me to report on that group and report who is winning or losing. Feel free to share your per coins and I can add them to the race if they are on Bitfinex which is the ticker I watch (shhhhhh......VPNs are good and Americans are not supposed to be on finex!)

My Personal Trading Strategy today:

I do a little scalping in times of good volume on a couple exchanges, and the goal is to buy low and sell high, ending up in profit and FIAT on the exchanges at the end of the day. I also go to bed with low limit orders set and wake up excited to see if anything dipped to the point of buying and is on the rise again. I catch red knives and make bad trades but it is with play money and I have ended up making good money long term.
