Hey There!
Did you get to join the Steemit Community in Acapulco for the first ever Anarchoforko this past February? Or, did you miss it like I did? I wont miss it next year and this is a post about my preliminary planning.
Acapulco is so beautiful and it's worth exploring so I'm starting to look into awesome activities to get into around the conference like these:
City Tour & Cliff Diving $26 per Adult: https://www.bestday.com/Tours/city-tour-acapulco/Rates/
This is a four hour tour that starts at Costera Miguel Aleman, and leads you to the Capilla de la Paz (Chapel of Peace) which is probably pretty awesome being that it's the highest part of the bay of Acapulco. The tour takes you to the downtown area, the Flamingo hotel and the Caleta area.
From there, you can choose between going to La Quebrada or the Fort of San Diego. Since I love photography and landscapes, I'll most likely want to see the Cliff Divers at La Quebrada.
Anarchoforko seems to be a great way to get to know others who have similar interests in the area of personal freedom. There were opportunities to share ideas, expand on business plans and provide education about liberty. You can feature a product line at your vendor table or offer a class that helps others live more independently. Larkin and Amanda even debuted their music.
This is my favorite idea actually...a relaxing horse back ride along the beach for $54 per Adult: https://www.bestday.com/Tours/horseback-acapulco/Rates/?
Some reliable sources tell me that there is some excellent food around Costa Azul, like in this picture from a friend of mine who attended Anarchoforko in February. I don't know the name of the restaurant they were at, but I hear this is a photo of the best Mole dish that they have ever had.
You can see the highest rated restaurant in Acapulco here: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g150787-d10149997-Reviews-Che_Pibe-Acapulco_Pacific_Coast.html!
Hopefully, this was a good start for you to get excited about next year's conference too!
