Yes, I think this is a great idea. Internally, I think it might help you keep things straight when you feel overwhelmed by the parallel demands for your time.

From the outside looking in, it can potentially give a valuable perspective on what it really means to be involved on a day to day basis with these various projects.

I look forward to seeing what becomes of this venture.
