Titanium Blockchain Infrastructure Services is happy to announce that, with TBAR distribution complete to 99.4% of our community, we will be moving full steam ahead. This is wonderful news for our team, as we have much to accomplish. Before moving on, however, we would like to put to rest community concerns and speak to how our decisions will affect Titanium.
Christopher Michael Snook is no longer employed at Titanium. Formerly, he held the position of Chief Technology Officer. Christopher failed to perform his fiduciary duty, follow business and product direction, instead directing Titanium developers to begin work on a product that was not in line with Titanium’s vision and technological goals. As many know, Christopher publicly made incorrect and defamatory statements over the past week. His words were inaccurate and actions, inexcusable. They are not representative of Titanium, Michael Stollaire, or Richard Silver with legal action pending as a result. Christopher failed to relinquish company web resources, recorded development meetings, and provide development documentation. Michael Stollaire would like the Titanium community to know that his decision to relieve Christopher from office was difficult due to a long standing friendship. In fact, he made many attempts to correct Christopher’s actions over an extended period of time, ultimately to no avail.
This information is provided to better the understanding of our community as to why Titanium must move forward without Christopher Michael Snook, and we are, most certainly, moving forward.
Titanium has been proactive, and over the past weeks restructuring internal communications, while adding to our talent pool. We are most pleased to have brought on an acting CTO who is forward thinking and product focused. Please expect full introductions to our new company executives, beginning with our new CTO, over the coming weeks. Our new website is nearly launched and the future is bright for successful development of Titanium’s products, which have not been negatively affected in any way.
Finally, we would like our community to know that Titanium is a growing team comprised of highly skilled and motivated people located around the world. We believe that Titanium’s success depends on our ability to provide each other the same level of service, transparency, and support as that experienced by our community. Together, we are the revolution.
