Mike's weekly message to QUOINE community (March 3rd, 2018)

Dear QUOINERs

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

I just came back from Malaysia meeting the Chairman of the Securities Commission of Malaysia. I am extremely positive that Malaysia could be one of the leading countries in South East Asia regarding cryptocurrencies.

Here are the updates for this week.

1.New Token Listing

We had 3 token listings this week.

• Rock token: RKT is a key component of the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange’s effort to create a robust staking model for ICOs on the GBX platform.

• Coinstarter: STAC is a new way for crowd funding to occur using the Blockchain

• Flixxo: FLIXX is creating a Blockchain based ecosystem for the distribution of media that is removing intermediaries between content producers and consumers.

We plan to list 3 new tokens this week; Dragon, One World, and Hero Token.

2.Product Development

I am excited that our LIQUID Platform development is progressing well.
Despite additional overhead and reporting on our security processes to the Japan FSA (due to the hack in one of the exchanges in Japan), we are now able to refocus our developers on the LIQUID Platform.
It is now back on track.

We will be making a series of announcements this month and our current plan is to launch the first version of the LIQUID Platform early April.

It is an aggressive target but this is our plan (assuming no setbacks or global incidents).

In the coming weeks, we will set up an AMA to update you on LIQUID’s progress.

3.Marketing

We have rolled out the QASH Rewards Program dedicated to rewarding community contributions through written posts and Twitter retweets.

QUOINERs can now earn QASH by writing an original blog post or retweet posts from our official Twitter account @quoine_sg.

For Written Content, we will reward written content on quality reviews about QUOINE across media platforms such as blogs, forums, Facebook, Reddit, Steemit, Twitter and more.

For Twitter Retweet, we will constantly post updates on our official Twitter account: https://twitter.com/@QUOINE_SG.
Only one Retweet submission will be accounted a day for the QASH Rewards.

4.Operations / Customer Support

• We have quadrupled our ticket support handling capacity over the past 4 weeks.
  This week alone, we solved 8,883 tickets in Manila and 2,389 tickets in Vietnam. This was more than double from last week in Manila and almost 4x in Vietnam.
  Both all time highs. And we will continue to improve.

Our support operations now extend 7 days a week . Sunday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. Weekdays are 6am to midnight. Saturday is 6am to 3pm. Sunday is 3pm to Midnight. Singapore time

• For Token Retrieval, we conducted our second batch of over 50 retrievals for Pre-Policy (pre Jan 1st) claims.

We are also revamping our entire customer on-boarding processes and are targeting end of Q1 to roll out.
