CS:GO is a team based game, you may become a great player and be able to kick everyone's ass but in the end you will always find someone better then you. In this instance you must realize that team work is the key to success and will become the main focus in cs in your future games.

I just started playing CS:GO at the beginning of this year, took a long break after being a "pro" in CS1.6 and CS:Source. I can say that teamwork is almost as, if not more important than individual skill. When you play at a high level everyone can aim, teamwork is what will take you to the next level.
