Nicolai "device" Reedtz won't be able to play for Astralis at the upcoming BLAST Pro Series event or in the team's final ECS matches, the organization has announced.

The Danish AWPer's illness struck before IEM Oakland, which saw Nicolai "device" Reedtz miss out on the first match and then have his worst individual LAN showing in a long while when he arrived. After the event, the 22-year-old was hospitalized and is still undergoing tests to figure out what is causing his health issues.

Astralis was forced to find replacements for the remaining ECS matches, as well as the BLAST Pro Series event in Copenhagen. The organization has announced that Jacob "Pimp" Winneche will be standing in for the former, while Dennis "dennis" Edman, who is still benched in GODSENT will be playing with Astralis on LAN.

Astralis will be using a mixed-up roster until device's situation clears up:

Denmark | Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen
Denmark | Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth
Denmark | Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander
Denmark | Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye
Denmark | Jacob "Pimp" Winneche (ECS stand-in)
Sweden | Dennis "dennis" Edman (BLAST stand-in)

Denmark |Danny "zonic" Sørensen (coach)

Denmark | Nicolai "device" Reedtz (medical leave)
