In a recent casual game of chess White lost the game because he was not familiar with the "en passant" rule. Had he played en passant he could have turned the game around and won. Instead, he played a different, disastrous move and lost!
I made a video to show what happened and to explain the en passant rule...
Note, the set up on the analysis board includes a phantom h8 Rook which was not actually there in the game. LOL.
