How many words do I have contained in their frames in more than 1,000 pictures. Yes, they are stored in every available nook, closet, and shelf space. You see we owned a Poloroid camera back in the day. In fact, we owned several different models that contained self-developing film. For over 30 years I've promised myself to start manual scrapbooking projects for my family. As of today, not one picture has been placed in any type of memory book. The kids are grown now with their own families. But I still want to do this for the grandchildren.
To even think about it overwhelms me. I can't formulate any type of strategy on how to begin. I welcome all suggestions.
I know that feeling Chris. On Twitter I posted a link to Brian Tracy's great e-book Eat That Frog. Helped me out heaps. We all get these moments, what I call Nike moments - just do it!

Thanks Ian. Trying to multitask too much, I think. Need better organization to balance online and offline tasks. Making a schedule of days to complete online tasks.

You could do something similar to a mind map. Have a starting point in mind whether it's oldest photos first, a particular side of the family or even vacations. Or just do the old favorite of by the year. Get them grouped how you like and go from there.

Thanks Kirk for the ideas. I'll keep them in mind. I want each family member to have his own memory book, so I'm thinking about grouping that way. But then when more than one person in pic, is a wrinkle in the process. I'll start grouping by individual, then see how it goes.
