Helium Ballon- 2 stage rocket

what if we could build 2 stage #heliumballoon rocket and launch #cubesats in space?

So you will lift the rocket up to 35km using the helium balloon( to conserve fuel) then fire the rocket engines.

This could be a cheaper way to launch your own cubesat in space basically for free.
Just think about it.
