Nací en Maracaibo, estado Zulia Venezuela allí nos encanta la Paledonia ..

Una torta muy casera. Hecha con harina de trigo, panela de azúcar, huevos, clavos de especie, canela, mantequilla, polvo de hornear y una pisquita de bicarbonato.

Es como una torta normal...pero en Maracaibo le echamos coco rayado... aveces le sofrío para sacarle el aceite así queda más rico.

En algunos lugares del país se les llama catalinas o popularmente "Cucas"
