Ingrrdienti:
1/2 kilo di riso
1 kilo di funghi
1/2 cipolla
1 cucchiaio di vino
Burro
Olio extra vergine
Parmigiano
Pepe nero
Sale
Prima di tutto tostare il riso e poi mette vino bianco e lasciare evaporare .
Dopo un po' versare il brodo caldo oppure acqua calda un Po' alla volta fino a cucinare.
I Funghi si friggi con la cipolla senza mettere acqua e si cucina per 15 minuti.
Mischiare il riso e funghi e mettere alla fine il burro e pepe nero e si serve caldo.
