French-Vanilla Ice-Cream Waffle



Series 3 - Cooking Class for Beginner

Hello Everyone, in #steemit
Today, at my Culinary Class - Original for Beginner - Series 3 ; I am showing you how to make your own Original Waffle.



Ingredients


Ingredients that you will need for your waffle batter
  • 2 cups of normal flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar or custard sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs - room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of room temperature milk or warm
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence

Ingredients that you will need for your decoration.
  • French Vanilla ice-cream , or you can use regular vanilla ice-cream.
  • Fresh Strawberries , reasonable size.
  • Banana whole, later cut in halves.

Step 1


part 1
In a large bowl, put

  • 2 cups of normal flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 2 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
    mixed them all up.

part 2
On another separate bowl

  • 2 eggs - room temperature
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
    Firstly, beat the eggs and then mix them all together. (Stir the milk, butter and vanilla essence).
    then mix up part 1 and part 2.

Step 2


Pre-heat your waffle iron

Step 3


Ladle your batter into the preheated waffle iron, make sure you actually cover the whole iron with the batter.


Step 4


Cover the lid up

Step 5


Cook until Golden Brown , later break them into quarter then time to decorate your waffle up.
