Best regards steemians
No savory fish at the table, without the effort of fishermen.
Nutritious and high quality fish meat, it takes all humans.
The most delicious fish we eat is the snapper.
Snapper is a family of marine fish that live in clusters on the coral reef seabed. Snapper is often used as a side dish.
The most delicious, if the snapper in spicy stir-fry.
The materials needed are;
Provide 2 snapper fish with the average weight of 3 ounces, 2 limes, 10 red chili, 6 cloves, 2 garlic cloves, 4 ginger, 4 turmeric, 5 galangal
2 bay leaves, 1 turmeric leaves, 1 lemon grass,
3 pieces of orange leaves, 1 teaspoon coriander, 2 pieces of kandis acid, 1 liter coconut milk, salt
to taste, enough sugar,
right amount of oil.
After the ingredients are complete, we first clean the fish snapper, remove the gills and lumuri with lime juice and salt, then set aside.
Then we puree chili, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and cilantro.
Then saute the spices that have been mashed, enter lemongrass, galangal, turmeric leaves, bay leaves, lime leaves and sour kandis. Then cooked until it gives a fragrant scent.
After that we just enter the coconut milk watered in part, and the snapper that has been smeared with lime juice and salt.
Then cover the wok, and wait for 15 minutes.
After that insert the remaining coconut milk and cook until the fish is cooked.
Then add salt and sugar to taste, taste and taste correction.
When it suits the taste,
then enter the thick coconut milk, and stir until boiling.
After that lift and serve while warm.
Now just enjoy.
That is all and thank you.
