Kerupuk merupakan makanan olahan masyarakat indonesia yang banyak digemari oleh banyak kalangan. Pembuatan kerupuk pun cukup sederhana yakni mengeringkan bahan yang akan dijadikan kerupuk kemudian di goreng
Kali ini saya akan membahas salah satu jenis kerupuk yang cukup terkenal di daerah Aceh
Kerupuk kulit kerbau
Kerupuk yang berbahan dasar kulit kerbau ini sangat renyah untuk dimakan langsung atau dinikmati bersama nasi maupun makanan lainnya. Rasanya yang gurih nan menarik ini membuat kerupuk kulit ini laku di pasaran. Rasanya agak sedikit asin jika dimakan langsung. Lebih nikmat dinikmati bersama nasi ataupun mie.
Namun perlu di ingatkan, untuk memakan kerupuk ini siapkan minuman ya sobat steemit. Karena tidak terlalu halus saat dikunyah, kerupuk ini menyangkut di tenggorokan kita.
