The uniqueness of traditional house of Aceh became its own attraction to know firsthand, the traditional house of tardisional Aceh penginggalaan clerical figure Tengku Awe Geutah, Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen, Aceh is one of the historical heritage house.Komplek traditional house of Aceh has been used as a location of cultural attractions and always visited by the general public, students, domestic and foreign tourists and cultural historians.

The family of the deceased Sheikh 'Abdur Rahim Al-Asyi better known as Teungku Chik Awe Geutah always openly welcome guests who visit at any time.

The construction of Teungku Chik Awe Geutah's house is a rectangular size of 19,00 x 11,00 meters, made of wood that is built on top of a leaf of rumbia leaves. The building of this house basically has characteristic traditional traditional houses of Aceh as well as the Palace of Tun Sri Lanang in Samalanga with the form of floor down - up (euk - troen). In general, Awe Geutah house building is dominated by brownish color as the original color of wood composing the building. At the front of the building there is a square-shaped platform, the front of the bridge is supported by 2 pieces of eight square pillars that also support the roof beam, at the bottom of the bridge there is a ladder that connects the bridge with the main entrance of the building and on the left side of the left cheek and right there is ornament motif bungong poeta taloe lhee which is limited by ornament bungong seulanga on every panil hiasnya. These ornaments are carved from the bottom to the top of the ladder. Each shape and color of the carving has its own meaning and meaning in the language of cultural customs and religion for the character of the people of Aceh in itself.

In the bottom corner of the pavilion there is an ornament with bee hung or beak-shaped pole heart-shaped enriched with bungong seulanga motif. In addition to decorative, this cardiac pole is also constructive that supports the roof beam bridge. The roof of this pavilion is roof-shaped corner because of its roof frame construction. On the platform is a fence porch as high as 70 cm. The outer surface of the fence wall is divided into two horizontal panels in the presence of wicker rattan ornaments installed along the wall of the pavilion. At the bottom of the fence there is a pavilion ornaments consisting of filling motifs of variation carving bungong koenda flanked by bungong koenda and bengong seulanga carved on the corner of the panel. At the top of this ornament there are carvings of ornamental motifs bungong poeta taloe doea carved along the decorative panel. At the top of this fence thereafter there is a rattan split ornament that becomes the boundary wall of the bridge

Traditional House of Aceh Tgk. Chik Awe Geutah the history of the 13th century relics astronomically lies at the point at the coordinates of UTM 47 N 0255650 0569044, (result of mapping of Team BPCB Banda Aceh Year 2011). Awe Geutah village is an inland village which is ± 35 km distance from the capital of Bireuen district of Aceh province and to go to this village takes ± 30 (thirty) minutes by public transportation from Bireuen City Center. Home Tgk. Chik Awe Geutah faces to the North with the following limits:

north of the border with the entrance of the Awe Geutah House complex
the east by the houses
south side adjacent to the residents' garden
west of the borders with the gardens and houses of the people
