This afternoon I will share an article about food to glorify guests in Aceh
Serving "bulukat kuneng" Aceh language (Indonesia language : yellow sticky rice) with coconut sugar gonseng as a complementary taste and a glass of sweet tea or black coffee, has become a tradition in accepting invited guests in traditional procession in Aceh
Sajian "bulukat kuneng" -bahasa Aceh (bahasa Indonesia : nasi ketan kuning) dengan kelapa gonseng gula sebagai pelengkap rasa dan segelas teh manis ataupun kopi hitam, sudah menjadi tradisi dalam menerima tamu undangan dalam prosesi adat yang ada di Aceh. Baik pesta perkawinan, pesta khitan ataupun proses tepung tawar yang di lakukan masyarakat Aceh.
This menu of bulukat kuneng is typical of Acehnese people in honoring guests, regardless of high office or subordinate, all equally.
Menu bulukat kuneng ini adalah khas masyarakat Aceh dalam memuliakan tamu, tidak memandang jabatan tinggi ataupun bawahan, semua sama rata.
