Our Reflection of Curation in March as Team#1 Curators
Being a curator is more than just voting a publication with SC account.., it involves a lot of work to make sure you don't reward a wrong publication.
But then, it becomes very interesting when you work with some users that knows the etiquette of curation. I enjoyed working with my team during the month of March.
It was a little challenging finding some good contents , unfortunately there were more beg for vote publications.
However, due to our commitments and readiness to work, we keep searching for some worthy publications that deserve rewards.
Also, I was able to spot out some users that will likely be my guest in the Interview Showcase.
It was a great experience to work with dedicated and skilled teammates. I have learned many things from them.Steemit has many good content creators who are doing great work. I picked up many of them by rewarding votes. Curation is very interesting to me. I'm learning new things after becoming a curator. Steemit has a lot of talent, and it's our mission to seek it out and support it. We are a great team. I am grateful to Steemit for giving me the opportunity to continue working with them in April.
An experience that is getting better every time, we find excellent posts, new users making very good content, creativity everywhere, quality and desire to be better.
A pleasure to be part of these activities that allow us to interact and meet many users beyond our borders.
A team with which I have learned a lot, I have shared not only one day, but several, in which we have learned to overcome time, cultural and language differences.
The work has been done looking for the best benefit for the users of the platform, with fairness, equity and impartiality.
It was a pleasure to work with the team. Success
I have to say that being involved with the curation team was an invaluable experience and it has given me a lot of positivity and made me better over the past almost a year.
I have been trusted and joined the extraordinary Team1 from September 2022 to March 2023, of course this is an unforgettable memory because I can interact with various backgrounds of different personalities and languages, as an ordinary human being with all the limitations that I have. of course I can't be separated from mistakes and mistakes, and on this occasion I apologize and at the same time thank you very much for the trust and good cooperation, I hope we can work together again on another occasion. Best of luck to you all.
I am very happy to work with my colleagues. I worked with my team members like a family. Where I observed cooperative behavior towards each other. I can definitely say that all my team members are very friendly. I was satisfied with everyone's cooperative behavior. I was happy to work as a team with the same members. I am happy to work with a wonderful team. Finally I would like to say that I have enjoyed the past weeks of curation with great pleasure. I tried hard enough to stay focused on my duties. I am happy to work as a curator for a long time.
It was really nice experience to be a curator in such large group. On one hand if we think that this is easy because of curation just on one day, it is not because we are more people with different thoughts and ideas, it is different because we can not see each other face to face and also the whole communication if different. We write and the reply comes hours later due to time difference but also sometimes due to languages we need to have some time to translate. In general we improved ourselves and we learnt to work online and on such distance. We all managed very well and worked well together. It was great experience and I met many interesting personalities.
Great opportunity I had during this month of march where I'm glad to have previously the pleasure of reading such excellent posts from awesome authors around the world. It might be difficult to look for diversified content outside of most popular communities that match the main rules at the same time, but all spent time during this monthly period has the respective deserved worth. Committed members in the team made possible to carry out the purpose of great curation, so working with them was a good experience to me. There are no more words that saying Thank You for valuable support and trust.

Post Link : "SECS 8 Week 5: The story of my birth"
Nominated by : @ubongudofot
It is always interesting to hear the story of our birth and even more sweet when it is a stress free one.
This user carefully shared her birth story with some interesting facts.
She highlighted why she was given the name she is bearing.., and that really make sense to me.
I feel it will be great for users to read about other people's birth story, so I have chosen this one, at least it's a good article , others can also be motivated to share theirs.

Post Link : The human head - the skull, side view / La cabeza humana - el cráneo, vista de perfil (#club100)
Nominated by : @stef1
When I saw this tutorial I remembered how some artists start drawing from skull and then build up the rest of face features. It is interesting how the eyes drawn, initially like a ball with shadowing but then it will be eyelids done and eye looks normal. The skulls looks very realistic especially the sutures holding skull bones together. Also the way how the tutorial is done on both languages English and Spanish make it possible to understand for majority of Steemians. I hope the Art Lovers will visit this post and at least try to draw following the instruction.

Post Link : JavaScript tutorial | Introduction to JavaScript
Nominated by : @alegnita
Not always is possible to encounter a useful article that tells us an interesting module about a programming language that is currently used in many applications nowadays. JavaScript is more than that and that's why I am sure this author decided to share such relevant and valuable content in the respective community, so other developers can seek for guidance through this tutorial and take it as reference to their own technological projects.

Nominated by : @suboohi
In this post, the author writes excellently about the useful effects of Ramadan or fasting on our bodies, the rules that should be followed during fasting, and the kinds of physical and mental changes that occur during fasting. The post is well written in an interesting way. For all Muslims, the holy month of Ramazan is going, so it will be very informative for all that I love it.

Post Link : Contest: The Obstacles I've Experienced So Far In Achieving My Goals
Nominated by : @sofian88
The author has discussed the topic according to the theme of the contest. For women, it is not easy to face something and achieve it, they try twice as hard and in this post, she has given several points where these obstacles are and the solutions they need. She is also a woman who loves doing business and if time could be turned back, she would learn about digitalisation from the beginning because her current job is about it, and it is true that technology is getting more advanced. He had written it well.
