Positively, doing this will definately reduce the act of plagiarism on the Steem blockchain.....flagging is also a good idea but people still into the act.
Anyways, it's a gradual process and soon we will experience a clean, creative work and not stealing what some people worked for.

I hope indeed we get less abuse in our system. I think it will help when those who do not abuse, make clear to other that is the case so those who do not abuse gets rewarded instead of those who abuse. We have to drive culture! :)
