It´s very easy to understand that continues with our tradictional curation system means do not accept the reality and the new rules of Steemit, with the arrival of #newsteem the pay per vote it is not allowed, so @templo finish this quality and hard delegate per vote and change our world for a new manually curation system where nobody has a secured vote but where our membership have been incluided in a whitelist where everyday their works will be check by our curator and where their percentage of vote will always could be change in order of post quality. Of course there are members who are not in our @templo whitelist and they will not be voted until works improves its quality.

What about not membership? This is the #newsteem and all posts could be voted by @templo, spanish and english, there will be no restrictions and all quality work can be rewarded by our curator to the percentage that he deems appropriate.



What about our support for other communities? will continue because it is one of our signs of identity, help other communities.



What about vote for ourself? From today @templo will never receive auto voting again following the recommendations of the #newsteem.

Un Nuevo Templo

Es muy fácil de entender que continuar con nuestro sistema de curación tradicional significa no aceptar la realidad y las nuevas reglas de Steemit, con la llegada del #newsteem el pago por voto no es aconsejable y @templo da por concluida esta actividad que cuenta con mucha calidad dentro de nuestra membresía pero que debe adecuarse a la nueva realidad por lo que finaliza la delegación a cambio de un voto y se inicia un nuevo sistema de curación manual donde nadie tendrá un voto asegurado. Nuestra membresía por supuesto es importante y va a ser defendida por este proyecto y en efecto ha sido incluida en una Whitelist donde todos los días sus trabajos serán verificados por nuestro curador y donde su porcentaje de voto siempre se podría cambiar en orden de calidad de publicación pero salvo falta de calidad seguirá contando con nuestro apoyo. Por supuesto, hay miembros que no están en nuestra Whitelist de @templo y no serán votados hasta que sus trabajos mejoren la calidad. Esta política no es negociable aunque con ello perdamos su apoyo como delegado a la comunidad, nuestra idea es ayudar a los que andan justos a mejorar su contenido.

¿Qué ocurrirá con los no miembros de @templo? En el #newsteem todo post podrá ser votado por @templo en castellano y en inglés, no habrá restricciones y todo buen trabajo podrá ser recompensado por nuestro curador al porcentaje que según sus criterios considere apropiados.



¿Qué ocurrirá con nuestro apoyo a otras comunidades y proyectos? Continuará eligiendo bien el destino de ese apoyo ya que se perseguirá el buen fin de esos votos y no al beneficio del propietario de esa cuenta.



¿Qué ocurrirá con el autovoto? Desde hoy mismo @templo ya nunca se auto votará siguiendo las recomendaciones del #newsteem.
