Greetings Steamians !!!
We are ArtLovers, and today we are submitting our application to be a member of the curator team that @steemitblog is hiring monthly to work using the @steemcurator04-08 accounts. These accounts will be used to curate specific themes, and each curation team will be in charge of making changes for the betterment of steemit , in this way, you are invited to go through our application for the curation team (Team Art Lovers).

Area of concentration ?

Due to the fact that we have a team capable of monitoring vast region and giving value solely to the publications that meet our criteria of high quality standard including high level of PoB , our team will concentrate on curating Arts - art, crafts, photography, music, poetry, creative writing

The Team

Our team will not face any significant language barriers because we have individual from diverse range of cultures, ethnicities, and dialects that will give color and flavor to our work as if it were a work of art. Art is a form of expression that unifies all of humanity, transcending political, economic, and social divides to allow emotions to be communicated through a piece created by artists, and our objective will be to increase the exposure of the emotions we wish to communicate.

Why Would we make an awesome curation team?

We all are well-versed in content discovery and curation, having come from high influential communities where technology abilities to handle content in a timely manner are required, and to penalize users who have been frequently involved in cases of plagiarism to reduce these situations to a minimum, in addition to providing detailed reports that will highlight the precise use of the assigned curating account. Furthermore, boundaries will be set so that each user only receives 1 or 2 weekly votes, allowing them to reach out to more individuals, as this is a very vast area with few rewards.

Due to the fact that all members of the team are on Discord, "The Greeter" bot will be deployed if the opportunity comes in order to have the necessary technology to keep a highly exact curating record and eliminate any margin of error. In this way, a curator will endeavor to adhere to the quality requirements that Steemit Inc is demanding from new members of the curation team in a very exact manner.

Is there anything unique about their curating process that will assure the greatest reach?

Users will be given the appropriate instructions so that they may make proper use of the tags and so carry out a professional curation activity. Every day, one or two specific art topics will be assigned to enable the STEEM community create material that will be noticed, increasing the likelihood of being awarded for a job well done. A percentage of the vote will be used as well, based on the following criteria:

• Club Membership( Minimum of Club5050 but we highly encourage club75 and club100)
• Markdown
• Drafting
• Users are encouraged to set 25% payout to @null (#burnsteem25)
• Image should be properly sourced
• Minimum of 300 words
• #steemexclusive should incorporated as on of the tags
• The user should have achievement 1 verified before he/she can receive an upvote.
• User must not be using voting bot

This will achieve a balance between quality and the rules that must be observed by Steemit Inc.

How will they ensure that they do not vote for any post that contains plagiarized content?

Before voting on any publication, a protocol will be followed in which the curator on duty must check that the publication to support is completely free of plagiarism and is not abusing any of the previously listed web technologies. The effort will be meticulously carried out to ensure that voting power is managed in a fair and equal manner, boosting material that truly deserves to be promoted across the entire blockchain.
