We had the oppurtunity of curating the theme "Steemgrowth" for the month of July and it was a wonderful experience. Team 'Cosmopolitan' worked diligently and made sure the curation fro. steemcurator07 reaches to the maximum amount of communities. But still, if you think there was a community that we didn't curate, you're welcome to comment down below and bring it to our notice. We promise to clear any confusions or complaints that you might have.

I would like to avail this opportunity once again and for that I already have 6 more members with me, together we form the team 'Cosmopolitan'. As the representative, I'd like to present the Application for the theme:

Strengthening your account is a very important point for determining the authenticity as well as dedication of any user on Steemit. There are alot of ways of strengthening your account but the most important and the most popular is to build your Steem Power. As the leader of Team Cosmopolitan, it was my topmost priority to choose team members who are as dedicated as me in building their steem power as well as maintaining their culb statuses. Why would we make a good curation team?

---

Team "Cosmopolitan" refers to a group of users who are spread all over the world. We have complete diversity in our team which would help us in being effective while curating posts in different languages. We are from Seven different countries, which means we'll be able to cover a lot og countries while curating. We have members who can speak a set of different languages which include; English, Urdu, Indonesian, French, Spanish, Turkish, and German.

Furthermore all the members of Team Cosmopolitan are extremely active on this Platform, this has helped the members to increase their engagement and interaction from people all over the world. All the members have kept integrity and showed interest towards steem growth and working towards the betterment of Steemit Platform. We are all active in multiple communities in which we post, vote and comment on different users' posts.

All the members of team 'Cosmopolitan' take parts in contests and Engagement Challenges in different communities so we all know the importance of contests and the difference between a good and mediocre contest. We will be curating contests posts, which will help communities as a whole.

The best thing about this team is that we know how to work as a team and not seperate individuals. This helped me while forming this team and will surely help me while curating as well.

How will we ensure that our curation will have a wide reach?

The theme that we have decided to apply for is very important for this Platform as it will cover all the developers and users working towards the growth of steem will be posting in. So we have decided to cover each hashtag specifically, to widen the reach.

How will we be working?

The team members will be curating these hashtags to ensure that we reach the maximum number of users. For that we have decided a specific day for each team member in which they will be curating posts under these hashtags. The voting power will be used judging the criteria that we have set associated to the #clubs

• #Club5050 - 35%

By using this approach of utilizing the Steem Power, we'll be able to curate a large quantity of posts per day.

For the month of August, I'd like to specifically mention a very important thing. We had set a criteria that only those posts will be curated which have atleast 2 or more than two comments on it. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of posts that met our criteria, thus we had to curate a few posts without any comments on them. For the month of August, we'll be strictly curating only those posts which have comments on them. If you want your posts to be curated make sure you engage with other users so that different users engage on your posts as well.

What rules should users be following to receive our support?

There are a set of Ground Rules by the Team Cosmopolitan which will be mandatory for all the users to follow, and these are:

• Plagiarisim and paraphrasing will not be tolerated. No Plagiarised posts will be voted upon

• The user should be following #Club5050, #club75 or #club100

• The user should not be Powering down

• The Post should atleast have 300 words

• The post should atleast have 2 comments. This will increase engagement amongst users.

This team will make sure that no Plagiarised posts are curated. We are strong advocates of #steemexclusive posts. So for fighting plagiarisim, we'll be using the anti plagiarisim tools such as duplichecker.com and smallseotools.com

When we say #steemexclusive posts, we mean it. This means if a user is posting on platforms other than Steemit, their posts will not be curated as well.
