Introduction

Good day to all lovely and hard working steemian, hope you all are having a nice day? It actually was a very awesome and lovely decision made by the steemit team to create opportunities like this for interested steemians all over steemit to help curate and reward more active authors on steemit. This is has put a lot of hot on so many steemians face and at the same time it has help steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 reduce the work load of voting thousands of active and hardworking steemians. As devoted steemians I and my team have volunteer to help make steemit great , active and rewarding.

Our Theme

Me and my team have chosen to work under the Art field, which covers (#art, #photography, #music, #dance, #poetry, #creativewriting, #crafts). Because we love the field and each every one of us has a special love for each of the branches in art. We have passion in this field as some of us have started showing interest in all of the some the branches of art. While some just do it because they are really their souce of happiness and joy

About us

We are a team made up of both male and females from different nationality which has different languages and dialect, although most of the team members can communicate (speak, understands and write) English fluently. We are a team of hard working and determined steemians who have been working hard to make steemit grow successful, all if us has been searching and creating opportunity to serve steemit efficiently and effectively by working as moderators in communities, by creating a new community, by promoting steemit and by assisting young and fresh steemians grow easily and happily. To show our love for steemit we all have accepted every new rule and order on steemit.

We all have been devoted right from the beginning by not breaking rules and regulations of any type for example:

Why they would make a good curation team.

These a very sensible question, but as a team we have a lot for virtues and skills to make us very good for the job.

✓ We as a team are from different nationality, so therefore I know we will support a larger range of people. That is to say as a team we have members who knows at most of the most used language in the world and in Steem, so therefore language won't be a barrier.

✓ As you can see in our profiles we have been working so so hard to help steemit grow especially by always delegating to communities to help the grow steemit.

✓ My team members are really good in this Art theme, for example @starrchris can sing and he sang in one of his engagement entry, @ikwal is a photographer by profession and @strecoza is very good at handcraft. So therefore we will work as is we are just exercising our hobby and talent.

✓ We are united and most of us have been doing checking and curation action, so it won't be difficult because we are already used to the work and we love the work. When selected we will perform this with seriousness and determination.

✓ We have been trying hard to do something for this platform since and would be please and glad if are given this on chance. For example @starrchris has applied to be a greeter before, he also applied to be a professor in Steem crypto academy, and finally using his community account he has applied for booming support, so he won't stop until he is given the opportunity to work for steemit. He even had plans on becoming a steem witness but he dismissed the thought because of the cost and expenses.

Anything special about how they will do their curation to ensure the widest reach.

• Each member would be hosting a contest and we will be rewarding winners and outstanding entries with vote from the curation account.
• We would be selecting 7 outstanding post, congratulate them and encourage them keep working hard.
• In order to reach and curate as many post as possible we would be assigning tags, so when an author mentions any of our tag the curator on duty will easily find the post and curate the post if it meets the required standards.

• It was properly arranged like this to avoid interfering with prayers or time of worship so that's why @ikwal (a Muslim) would work on Sunday, while @strecoza (Christian) would work on a Friday, also @aaliarubab is a lecural so she would be busy on weekdays so she was assigned to work on a Saturday. This is to ensure every one word efficiently and effectively
