I am Sara Pereira.
I was fortunately born and raised in Venezuela.
My Birthday: 1998
I had to move to the States when I was 17 due to personal reasons.
Since then I’ve been living in Houston, Texas for six years.
I am having an Associate Degree in Mass Communications because I had never planned to be a fitness trainer once I moved here!
I wanted to study and do good in education fields only.
Sara Pereira Before Fitness:
I was kind of overweight back in my country because I used to overeat everything.
I was about Weighing 160-170 lbs at 5’0.
I must say that I never had a good COMMUNICATION with my body or food daily basis.
I was damn lazy and a failure.
Once upon a time in Houston, I had to choose fast food that was available in Houston before or to do something to change my self-image.
I decided to train my body rather than eating junk kinds of stuff.
I initially started to train myself in my home garage because I was really afraid of going into the gym because of my weight.
I did not know where to start so I decided to follow the INSANITY 60 Day Program, which is as good as it was before.
I easily lost over 30 lbs in that time frame and I was kinda very happy.
And yes, I also repeated the program for another 60 days which surely transformed my body.
My weight loss story was crazy and my determination just kept me going.
I was skinny fat due to my training, it was mainly plyometrics and HIIT and I used to feel shy though.
After meeting my current boyfriend, KJ, he helped me overcome my fear of going into the gym by encouraging me very well, but due to motivation, caused me to overtrain, which caused some injuries on the way and I felt failed
I learned the hard way at first and slowly did my own research on how to do things and trained myself very hard on regular basis.
