i'm sure they're not the only ones , probably, as usual, Europe is the only one who ISNT planning that ...
but it shows at least one thing: they already understand the bottleneck of quantum computing ( network speed ... data transmission at best happens at lightspeed according to the currently accepted theories, which means if i build a quantum computer in the attic here (somehow) i cant just "entangle it" with the bank , it has to poke through the network so no matter the computation speed its necked there)
leave it to the chinese to be ahead of things in the 2000s ... they already entangled the moon more or less
well at least outer space
and the russians already were working on quantum security in cryptography
and once more
here in "the old world"
