In this video I talk about how I improved my cycling performance over the last few years. I specifically talk about how I increased my functional threshold power (FTP) quite significantly in the last couple of years - mainly through better training techniques and better dietary choices. By changing my diet to a whole-foods, plant-based diet I was able to drop over 13kg without a decline in athletic performance. I will be going into more detail about this in a future blog.
