This is an update video for any of you who were wondering how my calf injury is going. I made a video a few days ago explaining the situation and that I will be doing physio work for the next 3-4 weeks. I'm still optimistic that it will get sorted out quickly and I'm just taking my riding easy for the time being.

Since I started cycling I have gotten a small fraction of the injuries I got compared to when I was running. But with that said, these things do still happen. The important thing is to deal with injuries in a positive way and not let it get to you mentally.
You will not stay injured for ever, so it's best to remember that.
